Funded Programmes

We aim to tackle inequity and ensure all children have access to regular physical activity to improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing.

All our sessions are non-sport specifIc reinforcing inclusivity and accessibility for all regardless of their gender, socio-economic status, background, or experiences outside of school. Our sessions will finish with ‘mindful movement’; incorporating elements of mindfulness and yoga to support children’s learning and taking a holistic approach to their wellbeing.
